The Steuerberater that I was put in contact by this service was very unreliable. After the signing of the contract and sending the tax documents the tax advisor stopped answering the emails. So as a suggestion maybe you source better the tax advisors you work with.

Well made, yet there's room for improvement through new features: - dark mode - enable the integration with calendar apps in order to sync tax due dates - introduce notification settings to allow fine control (I connected my personal account and daily micro transactions notifications are killing me). Can't share pictures when reaching out the tax coaches as I'm asked to grant the app access to the media, although it's already been done

Edit: they said they would launch the possibility to file more complex tax returns including capital gains, but they did not in fact do it yet. It is also not possible to add work-related expenses that are tied to employment. Basically it works well only if you file as a freelancer with no other sources of income. For many who do freelance work in Germany, a country that is not freelancer-friendly, this is not always the case. Price for accounting only is too high given these limits.
