customer service or lack of way of reaching them is non existent. I was accidentally charged for a year and im jumping through hoops to get refunded, which now basically involves going through my bank. there is no phone number to call, just stupid Ai chat which is worthless. even if this is a good product, their communication stinks, sketchy and a turn off. there are many other apps similar.

id give it 0 stars if I could because of the lack of help I received. I paid for a year, and im STILL getting charged weekly! When I asked for help with it I was told Google play handles all their payments so they would have to fix it. ive tried FOR MONTHS to reach out to Google play to get it fixed and no one has responded. I AGAIN reached out to invoice fly and explained what's happening. They told me how sorry they were for the inconvenience...and STILL said id have to go to Google play...
