customer service or lack of way of reaching them is non existent. I was accidentally charged for a year and im jumping through hoops to get refunded, which now basically involves going through my bank. there is no phone number to call, just stupid Ai chat which is worthless. even if this is a good product, their communication stinks, sketchy and a turn off. there are many other apps similar.

so 9$ i didnt mind paying 6$ for convenience but a extra 3$ a week? to do less then Microsoft 365? i dont like recommending crossing the sea but when the developer is more greedy then Microsoft its time to explore the sea. 432$ a year if you leave it on my accident. its a good app but for that price you can purchase all of 365 services and save 300$.
