You can add your invoices, receipts (both given or received) literally in seconds. Photo or PDF works great, I think it may support other formats but that is what I use. The software often misses on its core function, OCR, especially when dealing in landscape mode. It makes errors in vendor name, invoice number, invoice amount, and taxes. While it fancy itself with many automation suggestions, it neglects this core OCR to begin with. You need to manually review all the above for each document before posting. This defies, to some extent, the purpose of using the software. You report the issue, their chatbot says "simply correct the fields directly in the system"

Changing to a new device creates awful problems with 2fa. Without the QR code you cannot obtain a new account login for your Authenticator app. The help page is predictably unhelpful, after wading though page after page, there is still nothing to be found. Their special backup code are useless too, with the hundreds of passwords and backups required these days it's really impossible to keep track of something like that across different devices that often change

Very disappointed with the unfair subscription terms. I only learned that a one-month notice is required to cancel the annual subscription when I tried to close it. Instead of helping, tech support told me I would have to wait another full year just to be able to cancel—meaning I’d have to pay for the entire upcoming year just to stop the service. This policy feels unreasonable and poorly communicated.
