ACTIVATE THE APP
1. Download the ICS Creditcard app on your device.
2. Enter your credit card details and address.
3. Enter the verification codes you’ll receive by email and SMS.
4. Take a picture of your identification document and scan the NFC chip.
5. Choose your 5-digit access code.

2 jaar later, nog steeds een drama. Nu weer data error via de app. Werkt dit wel eens?

The app worked fine, but after the apparent update problems started. The app gets stuck at login. After entering the login numeric code, the keys become inactive and show an error code (in my case 00999). It informs, that no internet is active, which is not true. I have rebooted my mobile, but the problem persists. Will it help if I reinstall the app? Has the update bug been fixed yet?

Since the latest update it takes 4 seconds to start because of showing the logo and animation. Previous versions started much faster.

I can never login, always says "Technische storing (B00017)". Logging in to the website also never works. edit: OK, I reinstalled it (for the third time) and it works again. I don't want to have to keep doing this though.

2 years later: update review... nothing has changed. The app still has the same problems preventing you from logging in and authorising payments. Awful. The app FREQUENTLY is unable to login due to an unexplained error. In some cases it lasts 15 minutes. In some cases it lasts for 2 days. In any case, I have NEVER had so much trouble logging into an app that the end goal is to spend money. Find a different card provider. Find a different app. Do not rely on this bottom of the barrel service.
