For the price and what they do, it's a great smart lighting set up. The new update you can change the lights away from your home. Simple to use. I would recommend them. I just hope the app gets an interface update. I feel it could be smoother and less buttons to get at what you want BUT I use them everyday and you program what you want. Also the light switches AND the smart button (3 settings in one) is awesome 👍

I previously tried the new Dirigera Hub and didn't get on with it as there were too many bugs and so it was returned. I've recently purchased again and glad to see all those bugs have been fixed and the overall experience improved and now can't recommend enough! My only annoyance at the moment is when asking ALEXA to turn on my IKEA Lights at a certain percentage, they come on at 100% before dimming to the percentage I requested which at nighttime is a real nuisance. IKEA - Can you fix this?

The latest update (1.52.0 (7473)) now prevents me from turning on any and all of my ceiling lights using the light switch, this wasn't an issue before, you toggled the switch and the lights came on. As the latest app version has non functioning FAQ and contact us buttons in the help section, one has to wonder if you guys do any kind of testing before you release your software to your end customers. C'mon Ikea, you can do better than this.

Why can't I set up my dirigera using a known IP address like I could with the previous gateway? I absolutely need that function to be able to access it from a different sub-network, the app is otherwise useless without it for me. Still cannot edit hub to connect by IP after the last update, please fix! And why does it say I need wifi when I have good network access to my home using my VPN? still a problem on 11/2025...
