Creates anxiety. I Turn sound off. After 3 games it suddenly starts playing an ad for a shooting game with full sound even though I turned sound off. Super loud. Really awkward. Find something else. If a game is touted at helping with anxiety but clearly has no respect for people with anxiety, you can be sure there's probably more nefarious things about the app that you can't see. I recommend uninstalling
