The app runs smoothly. I haven't had a crash and I hope it continues to run smoothly. I do believe it uses quite a bit of my battery though but that could also be my maps. otherwise it is a great app. Oh, tha actual platform? Instacart is great, you can pick your routes, they do not bully you into picking batches like *GH they allow you to take your time and pick your batches within your time frame not saying they will hold while you research distance and mileage lol but that they do not penaliz

3 stars because one of the most important factors of being a good shopper is knowing where you went wrong. when a customer gives less than 5 stars but no record of which order or how we didn't meet the expectations of the customer. From my perspective I provide a 5 star customer experience. when I do everything I'm supposed to do and put in the extra effort every time it's a bit disappointing that this platform allows for sub par rating without justification. sadly this has not been addressed

Shopper quality doesn't update daily, but everything else does, why. The compare option with having to stand on stupid scanning 3 different items instead of being able to use our common sense for a replacement is needless and very time consuming. It too often says wrong item scanned or photographed when the item is right. Being penalized when an item is not in store like it is the shopper's fault & a refund has to be made is highly unfair to the shopper. Accepted batch pay should not be lowered.

Shoppers asking WHY THERE'S NO ORDERS if APP say batches in 1-5 or 15 -30 minutes??? WHY FOOL SHOPPERS TO WAIT AT STORES FOR HOURS THAT DON'T HAVE ORDERS with NO PAY??? Why pay $10 or less for large order & high mileage or take advantage of shopper's TIME & EFFORT? Certain rating shouldn't be allowed if it's not shopper's fault? System shouldn't complete undelivered orders, if there's a traffic problem or GPS gave incorrect city that took longer for deliveries. What happened to $20+tips?????????
