The new UI is alot friendlier. Still keeping it at 4 stars cause the they keep trying to hide offers or happy hour deals in their menus making it harder to find them. if you want people to use your app, stop hiding stuff.

it's easy enough to use but a lot of the time customization is listed in a way that confuses the vendor. if I was extra seasoning or sauce, it lists in the order as (No Seasoning, Extra Seasoning). the vendor reads no seasoning and I end up with less than if I didn't try to modify my order. they figure it out about 60% of the time, hence the 3 stars.

In the past year or two, the quality of drivers has absolutely tanked. 4 out of 5 drivers exhibit one or more of these qualities: can't read, can't communicate, can't follow instructions, attempting to pull some scam, running multiple delivery apps at the same time, refusing to actually come to the dropoff spot marked on the map, etc. This app was king back in the pandemic but it's been enshitified like everything else on the Internet.

Drivers don't care, forget items, and the app or folks running the app don't accurately reimburse you for their mess up or the personnel they employ. Cost is on the buyer whether you get the item or not. Additionally, there is an uncharge on all of the menu items, plus service, plus delivery. It's absurd. Save yourself 20+ dollars per meal and go pick it up yourself.
