I asked for a doctor's note for work because my company requires one if you miss work and I told them that and the note that was written looks like AI did it doesn't even explain why I'm missing work and it informs that I will be missing school no doctors note I have ever got said patients visited one of our facilities in your state major rip off and now I'll get trouble from work for having a cold
