the call center is not helpful.

My bookings have been cancelled or postponed twice, shamel subscription is useless for its price, and walking points cannot be fully used. Very bad app.

very bad. More than once,I booked through the website, and when i arrived at the medical clinic,they informed me that the doctor not available he is on vacation.you must address the problem and make sure that the doctor is available.
