Originally started my subscription due to a promotion and the first month was great. Wanted to upgrade my subscription to the boxycharm so I did on the 23rd and was told that would be for the following month (October). But then I noticed it's been shipped for the month of September and was not allowed to choose my items due for them putting it as a September box instead of Oct as the chat has said. Customer Service wasn't helpful. Just a very frustrating experience. Canceling now unfortunately..

It used to be a decent deal. This company started giving really great deals on the best beauty care available. Then I started seeing brands that were white label brands at discount stores show up, then white labels that are overpriced, then they took away some luxury brands and made it a quarterly thing, then you had to pay extra to get decent brands. Now it's just full of stuff that super cheap brands with good sprinkled in. My last box had one of it's premium products be 2 sponges.

This app has gone down in user friendliness. For some reason they notifications NEVER work, and for the last several months when I go to click on view all products, nothing happens. Since they move the choice date around every month, it would be nice to get a notification from the app that choice is the next day and or that day. They also make it difficult to find the contact us section. It's buried.
