WOW, what an amazing app! The RCV robotic vacuum and mop cleaners can be easily operated with the Kärcher Home Robots app. Vacuum on Monday, mop on Tuesday and do both on Wednesday? Not a problem thanks to the Kärcher Home Robots app.

The Kärcher Home Robots app offers several options. Give the robot a nickname or create different maps for different floors.
Decide how powerful the suction fan should be in which room and adapt the degree of moisture of the wiping cloth to each individual room. Create schedules for recurring cleaning tasks or use spot cleaning to remove major dirt as a once-off action. The app also remembers when brushes and cloths should be replaced.

Just purchased RCV3 it does full cleaning but the map is not saving all the time so you have to start from zero, is this acceptable? Please fix this app it's really horrible all the reviews are accurate here P.S. Yes I can see the map now in real time, you guys fixed it. It works smooth now, thanks!!!! Update: my model is the RCV5. I've encountered a bug where the robot miscalculates it's height, causing to hit furniture. The issue occurs where the body of the robot is low enough to fit under furniture, but the sensor on top is too high. The robot seems to calculate it's height based on the body, not the sensor that protrudes. The sensor then keeps hitting the item of furniture, risking damage. Please could the height setting be changed to reflect the total height of the roboy?

doesn't work without internet, even though locally everything has been configured. local devices talking to each other is a concept unknown to this app. it's a shame, the moment anything goes down (be it my internet or their servers) any of the robots lose most of their functionality. i won't be buying any more karcher ones until that's resolved. otherwise it's a good platform, some settings fail to update (voice language) tho. the mapping is pretty awesome, bummer the no-go zones are so big.

Its a great cleaning robot with a poor app. issues 1. It automatically logs off, if u want to you use robot everytime we have to log in even on the same phone 2. Sometimes the robot shows offline even if it is connected to wifi and the charging station(power is on) 3. After all above 2 issues get resolved with multiple attempts, and you wish to only select lets say living room to clean it doesn't allow with an error "please complete full cleaning first " I believe i should decide on cleaning
