I originally rated this app 1* "What the heck it doesn't work at all" because it was absolutely terrible to use. But have now recently installed the latest version and although i havent used it much yet, it is obviously far superior to the previous version! Well done Little Hotelier team it is a much appreciated tool that I look forward to using more frequently.
I run a small motel and the app allows me to leave the office yet still create bookings. But I find it annoying that I cant delete a reservation from my phone.
Limited functionality. As countless other reviews have pointed out a calender view is essential for the app to be of any real use other than a handy companion to using the web-based front desk. As I spend a lot of time out of the office it would be great to have more of the same useful functions of the desktop client.
Limited functionality. I was hoping it would be a quicker and easier way of checking bookings while on the run. Sadly too limited and the website view on my phone is cumbersome. A calender view is essential for the app to be of any real use other than a handy companion to using the web-based front desk.
Pretty much useless. For example alerts show day of week and month but not date, no calendar, no way to answer simple guest enquiries such as "what availability do you have or what is the cost for a certain date. You have to just try each date individually, write the answer, try the next date, etc, then read the list back to the guest. Clearly not developed or even tested by actual property operators. I have asked for improvements on multiple occasions but just get boilerplate response that they will pass my comments on. Never any functionality changes in years.
