Each new job you create for a Utopian resident puts money in the bank, and the more residents you place in each building, the more money you make! Use your cash to build more residences, places of work, and to expand your land. Collect or buy Utopium to speed up building processes and reveal secret recipes for creating exotic residents.

As your population grows, love can blossom in Utopia too, and you can earn a sweet bonus for every 11 love hearts you collect. Bonuses could be coins, Utopium, or even a wild animal to wander your world?

Cute game but low playtime, like 4-5 mins a day. Took three weeks to level up because of how much money my town had to make to pay for it. Would play it more if there was a little more to do.

Bog standard skinner box. Hooks you in with an upfront splash of rewards and then becomes a purposefully tedious and unfun slog to encourage purchasing microtransactions. But, this is all standard for mobile gaming, and this'n isn't the worst of them. Cute buildings. Neat to have a city-builder in your pocket. Do I get a reward for writing this? 2u? Oh man I could go for 2u.

Transparent microtransaction-based 'game'. The increasingly absurd wait times, the land limits, the skyrocketing 'cost' in real money to do anything past a certain point... a real shame because the premise is cute and kind of fun - just enough to get hooked before they beg for your money for every action. It's like Farmville, but worse. Greedy and boring. Not worth installing.
