I purchased thru their mobile app and showed 13hours before it got delivered. I called their customer service I am really amazed at how fast they responded. They checked with the store and called me in return to confirm it will be delivered the same night and almost near our place. Also, i would like to commend the patience of their rider for patiently looking for our driver and I do really apologize for not sending right away the pin location. overall experience it is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service level is not good anymore wrong status is always shown regarding the order with prescription in the app- submitted for approval. In actual they are arranging missing medicine from some where else. we have to spend 30 minutes in customer care to chat/ call and understand the actual status. This is my feedback.

False delivery tracker / items paid being canceled / ordered items does not come altogether. Delivery tracker will show on process and estimated time to received but guess what? its not true! I supposed to received my order yesterday and until today evening I did not received my order yet, if I did not call the assigned rider to deliver it, I dont think I won't even get it today as well. they will also suddenly cancel your paid item due they will suddenly run OOS what a disaster.
