This app has problems that cause late payments.

App has serious bugs. I changed my auto payment bank account and every auto payment still goes to the old bank account. The customer service is even more pathetic, they don't respond back even after several followups. I reminded them multiple times last month and yet again they have done auto payment from the incorrect bank account.
