I've been with NBA for 18 years, great bank! The app is decent, everything at a glance/click...however I just downloaded the update, everything looks different and I can get used to that but it won't let me turn on the "running balance" and I don't like that at all! It's not that I can't do the math myself, I just got use to not having to. Why is it an option if it isn't going to work? Update: When I checked my account today the "running balance" is now working as it should. I updated my rating.
app is a little slow when doing tasks but the ease of mobile banking is very nice!
Great app when it works. Won't load pages sometimes in 4G. 5G usually works good.
The app is fully functional, but has always been fairly slow and the UI isn't the most intuitive. Biggest problem is that the most recent update has ruined the UI entirely and makes it much much more difficult to sort through transactions because they are represented by ID numbers until you click on an individual one to see the full name
I hate this update I have to get a security code through my email to log in. It's a waste of time, put it back the way it was. This app sucks.
