can you please fix the "PAY BILLS" on the mobile app?? when I go to pay bills, there is a CONTINUE BUTTON, blocking one of my bills making it difficult for me to SELECT because the continue button is in front of it. can you please move the continue button either to the right or the left or make it very small so that it does not block the list of bills that I have on the pay bills page??? Thank you so much

November 2025 Pixel 3a Android 12. Using most recent version of the Citizen's App. Still can't always see all bank accounts. Today I noticed a concerning issue regarding auto pay, which I set up after the bill pay update. I canceled an upcoming auto pay payment in order to change the payment date. After I made the change I realized I have no idea if the bill is still on auto pay or not; there's no way to tell from the app. Hopefully this info is on the website but it's a major inconvenience.

Absolutely horrible mobile banking and online web banking experience. The entire app/site is constantly down, I'm frequently locked out of my account for no reason and forced to change my password, and the customer support line is very rarely helpful. Stay away from citizens. There's a reason it's on every single "Worst banks in America" list out there.
