I'm Retired and I use this account for my Escrow account for yearly house taxes and yearly house insurance. Accumulating 4.5% (recently down to 3.5%)interest works GREAT for me when it's time to pay them both. Transfers are fast and seamless. One issue I have is that it often loses my fingerprint login option and locks up, which forces me to uninstall and reinstall the app every couple of months...

Edit: After posting this, I was able to access the app for the first time. When it works, it is easy to use. Downloaded in early January, have not been able to login once since then. Sucks because I want to deposit checks directly to my citizens access account, but you can't without the app or mailing them in. Account works fine online, the app is completly useless as is though.

The app worked great when I first installed it. For the past 2 months, however, it won't let me log in. I also can't see the password and username I have put in as it cuts off the top half of each character. Updating it hasn't helped.

I'm not sure what happened but I haven't been able to log into the app for at least a week now. I cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, changed the password etc. Regardless of what I have tried I continue to get a login error and I have to go to the website in order to log in.
