Easy to use but every time I log on I have to shut the app down and login again because it just spins. EDIT: the app has improved very much since this last review! The bugs are gone, and has been streamlined. I'd venture to call it mistake proof, hence the change from 3 to 5 stars
Overall, I haven't had many problems with the app. However, today I updated my 401k link and the app brought a $0 balance forward. It freaked me out for a sec. I checked my 401k directly and the money is stll there. I think the app brought my loan balance in instead. That's happened before. I hope this gets fixed.
trying to update an automated payment amount didn't work
you can't use telephone numbers from outside the country making it difficult to do transactions while not living in the US. Not very forward thinking for a bank in a time where the world is getting smaller.
cant do external transfers anymore. when I click the link it juat takes me back to the main page
