Very attentive to customer security. Actually stopped a charge on my credit card before it could process. Gave me heads up about a nonapproved charge done by hackers. Stopped the charge on my card and helped me get another card. Harley Davidson Visa was very professional and on their job for catching the illegal attack on my card. It doesn't get any better than that. Frozen all activity until I contacted their office for guidance and direction to protect what is mine. Very, very mindful for you!

Not good. The accounts sections to specify where the money is coming and going are so small, that mistakes are very easy. You can't delete accounts to pay from once you added them. I mean you can, but i have never once been able to cuz The screen NEVER loads. Plus can only access by going into make a payment. You can't set a default account like you can in many others. So mistakes can happen there too. No confirmation page to review before processing. A lot of basic things over looked. Terrible.

The app would be decent if whoever designed it didn't make logging in such a hassle. I'm all for security of your account, but the finger print login only works half the time, and there's no point in resetting your password when you don't get a prompt to input your password. Instead you get a security question and even that doesn't work correctly no matter how many times I've input the correct answer. Whoever developed this app should be fired.
