I have no other option than to change my initial 5*review. I received a push notification in the app saying I have received an email with a 20% discount code, twice!!, and the email never arrived. I do receive other emails from Reserved, I checked Spam folder, nothing. I contacted the RO support team and they said they can't help me. It's super frustrating to want to use the code and to not have the possibility due to a technical issue most probably. The discount area in the app is always blank.

The app works well. The filters are very good. As my czech isn't that good, I would appreciate to have an option to use the app in English (same goes to the website, but there I can use the browser to translate the pages).

I feel like reserved became SheIn but more expensive. I just ordered 3 blouses and they are made with such cheap fabric just like SheIn clothing. I will definitely return them.

I install the app and then when I try to open it, I receive an error message and it never works. It has been several times in the past 4 weeks that I tried without success.
