I love this app it fits my schedule and the docs are great

Right when I need the app, it continues to crash. Uninstalled and installed again and it still won't work - follow up - tried to log in on the website vs app. The app was crashing because I didn't have my phone number in for 2 step verification. Adding my # via the website stopped the app from crashing. Thank you for the quick response tho!

The Maven concept is amazing..the different people you speak are all helpful... the reason for the 3 start is the app turns off during video calls to not being able to see the other person then you can only hear them...then the entire app closes on you mid conversation...at this point it's hard for them to get ahold of you...it can be frustrating..and I'm using one of either mac or android and both have this issue

App doesn't remember login and keeps crashing during calls.

The app is ok, the service sucks. I've tried three times to get an appointment and the provider cancelled on me every single time. You have to pay to send them a message asking about another time. Between lack of appointments and the provider cancelling I've been trying to get in for over a month. Maven is a money-making rip off. They want you to pay to communicate with providers who don't even make time to see you. Oh and a bunch of the providers who appear to be there are "education only."
