App's primary aim to investigate the safety and efficacy of a wearable smartwatch device with BIA monitoring, activity tracker, and exercise prompts in reducing loss of lean mass by DXA over six months compared to standard guidance in adults starting treatment with GLP1-RA therapy. This app supports both Android phones and Wear OS smartwatches. The Wear OS companion app provides an overview of what data is being tracked and how it is collected within the main phone application.
