Well i am a few years down the line. My mind has become a lot peaceful and i can see improvement with the ability to strength the mind. This helps with the pain when i am in open awareness this part has been a big learning curve. By practising as must as i can i am more aware of my internal thoughts and session with in my body but how they chance so much moment by moment . Can i Say thank you to all of you who are involved with this.

I don't know why the past little while month subscriptions are a thing of the past. As with many others they want a money grab only option for subscription being for a year. Yearly subscriptions quite out price people from actually being able to use this app but they are only interested in getting money money money so they expect you to pay for a year. I think yes the want their money but it pushes out people who can't afford major expensive subscriptions leaving me not able to use this app
App is unfocused and trying to do too much for something that touts itself as a mindfullness app, imo. Actively gets in the way of simply finding a meditation, offering too many options. Almost everything of use & set up for you as part of it's onboarding process is immediately locked behind a subscription. It doesn't tell you this until the end of the onboarding process. Requires card details to initiate a 7-day trial.
