I've been using this specific app for my home security systems for 17 years. It doesn't matter the brand of the dvr or where I bought it, it always seems to work. Like a lot of things setup can be a little tricky,but once you get it up and running ,i will work without issue. I will say this tho. Your internet speed and reliability really matters here. The better your service the faster your cameras and recording will respond. I feel like a lot of the bad reviews are a result of bad internet.

Had since 2022 There haven't been many issues Not enough to complain about till recently one outta of 4 cameras keeps getting stuck all the other are ok. We bought a single one later and it's the only one with output audio for the alarm. You can hear them all but just the one sounds an alarm and it is the one we added. Haven't had an update in a couple of months and agree that the Zoom is awful gets so grainy can't see anything. Isn't that what Zoom is for? But overall very reliable overall

No issues setting it up AFTER having to uninstall it twice. All cameras displayed find on the monitor. By the way, they don't tell you it's a paid service. My Google account has plenty of cloud storage, I don't need to pay $70 for there cloud storage. App has lots of great features but they just don't work. Account is being deleted.

Great app... sadly today.. I see adverts....!!! This app is supposed to be secure a serious APP... !!! something to rely upon to protect my home.... and so why am I seeing Adverts...!!! if you want to charge money for a full download I get it...!!!! I really want to uninstall this app, and within 2 weeks I will try to find a serious alternative.. But I like this app...!! I want this company to provide a serious solution....... so help me

want to see ads before your CCTV footage? well you're in the right place. Latest "update" puts a new unwelcome banner ad across the app. App sends alert, with a picture, but won't show you the actual footage you have to manually search for it. App determined to show oldest first via fiddly non mobile friendly interface. This app needs a massive UX/UI overhaul to drag it into the 21st century. Avoid at all costs.
