just set the feeder up and placed in my backyard. the set up was easy. instructions were easy to follow for feeder, camera, and hanging. everything was included, even a little screw driver! to get the most out of it a subscription is needed and $47 is a little steep. but I am hoping it is worth it. so far I love it. can't put my phone down!

well. as I read privacy agreement I saw the server where my info & images would stored is in HONG KONG. so I was uncomfortable with this but continued because I had $40 invested up in cameras & memory cards. of which one was lost inside camera body because of design customer serv offered to send 2 little ones=max size I lost in camera that use w/this APP so as I used 1 camera I soon saw it only posts thumbnails & you must pay to get video it was very & slowed down device. i deleted it

1/19/26 Guess the new update doesn't work with s21. Have to force stop near every time I use this app now. 8/20/25 I suppose if I pay for cloud storage, the notifications might come in faster than 45 minutes after the fact. I'm not going to find out! Would be like throwing good money (money that belongs to me) after bad (money already spent on something that isn't doing the job intended). H--L someone could be murdered lying dead before I got notified. Thanks, but no thanks.
