For the most part, the app works, and I wish it would stop asking me to review it and I wish there was "other" that you could put in that you weren't late picking up the rider, that their appointment was longer than expected or something like that. 😕

Experience not good. The app is constantly loging out on its own. There for making very difficult to use app. Because I'm constantly having to log back in
