Great App. but for me I need time adjustments down to the 1/2 second. I close my eyes for max effectiveness if you could possibly add a "sliding tone" that follows the shape it would be handy. This last one might not be feasible but motion tracker could be used to track abdominal rise and fall so we all could track progress. I prop up my tablet on my abs but integrated with a sliding tone would allow me to lay it or my phone on my abs and concentrate on breathing. Thank you for good work and as always these are just suggestions.
