Great, simple test. people are always saying that they think I have ADHD because of all my energy. I was thinking maybe so because I have a hard time with start up with projects and once started, pausing before they are complete. And I can hyperfocus. Plus time eludes me and small talk bores me. And I completely tune out of redundancy such as prayers without careful intention to listen. However this test says I don't have it. I got 9/18. That's good to know.
it's a basic straightforward test. but that's all there really is to it. I know that's the name of the app but I expected there to be something a little bit more. at the end of the test. they do give several helpful links to articles and other apps for help. I just kind of wish that this would be a little bit more robust with something else in it cuz it just sort of feels like why didn't I just go online to take this? something to make it unique or stand out on its own. but Good for what it is!
18 questions doesn't feel like a lot. Also I find I mask a lot/ have learned to deal with a lot of the behaviours I said rarely to. I still got 12/18 so I guess I should see a specialist.
More deeper. question needed it's just daily routine.
I have been trying to find a test for my fiance to take that could be a starting point concerning what I thought might be undiagnosed ADHD. He took this one and yes!- we now know that he needs some professional help. This is the ONLY test that delivers! And it really is FREE. Others claim to be, but in the end, they want money for the results after taking the test. Thanks to the developers!! He's seen for himself what he needed to and is willing to look into this futher.
