I was very sceptical at first, but the games are real. I've won multiple prizes now and received them, they are great quality too. When you have issues with the app, the support team always replies quickly and with great detail. only down side is if you buy tickets it's in USD so once the conversation to AUD happens it gets expensive fast. But well worth it in the end.

Let me clear up some of these reviews on here. First if you've never played Japanese style claw machines, they arent like traditional western machines, as most 2 prong machines work on maneuvering prizes and poking them rather than direct pick ups. 2nd is the app isn't a scam, had multiple deliveries from them and Customer service have sorted out discrepancies ive had. App can be expensive but is legit and they offer free shipping too every week.

Not a bad app, but just too many people stealing prizes. On two separate occasions, I've been one play away from winning and have had to leave to refill my gems, only to find that my prize has been won by someone else by the time I return. Kinda makes me feel bummed out.

it's not the best, there's a very small limited section of animes in the prizes., like overlord, chainsaw man, mha, demon slayer, and one piece. none of the characters are too good either, as it's wasn't really any good or liked characters. the gems aren't the most expensive but I can't win anything to see if they actually send you what you win before I ever even wanna think of spending my own money on this app, so in my opinion just stick to buying the actual figures yourself.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this app as possible! It's not even worth the 3 tries they give you when you join! They say they calibrate the claws, but they don't! The claws, more often than not, just slide right off the prize, stop the instant they touch the prize, or are way too weak to even lift the prize for a CHANCE to win! Moreover, the gems needed to play are expensive. It's actually cheaper to just buy whatever prize you're trying to win elsewhere. DON'T GET THIS APP!
