I have bought subscription boxes from this company for a couple of years now and really enjoy the items they offer. The app has allowed me to more easily see what their store has to offer and allow me to buy single items outside of my boxes. The shipping is the most shocking part, though, and can cost as much as the price of the item... which makes it less worth it sometimes. It's still worth a good look, and I always recommend the subscriptions.

So far it's a good app, easier to read & understand than the website, but the touch navigation is far too sensitive. It's thinking I want to refresh the page instead of scroll back up, slide over to the left or right category instead of just my finger drifting slightly as I scroll & read around my finger. It's a bit tiresome to try and get back where I was without being sure how I got there. I do wish, & understand it may be coming in an update, that the wishlist & order history were there. 🙏

I'm having a problem where I can't input my address due to not having a zip code, I am able to select my country but after inputting my postal code it will say invalid since its not in zip code format It seems like the format is stuck on american postal and won't change with the country added

No customer service with this app. I have ordered a box because I use to get their snack boxes, so far the order has yet to arrive and no one replies back to my emails. It is not cheap so this is a pain. The app itself isn't that good in search capabilities nor listing ingredients and nutrition. The app times out and doesn't completely load most of the time. Feel like an intern built it.
