Nice user interface overall, but often gets the addresses wrong. It said there was an emergency call to a place in Valrico, FL, but the place the audio said it was to was actually to Town N. Country, FL, and is about a 30 mile difference. There should be a way to report that the pin on the map is at the incorrect location update: I see there's now an option at the bottom of each report to be able to report an incorrect location without leaving your name out there. Appreciate the update!!

I wish it showed the most recent items first, or let you sort things by your preference. Instead, it shows a seemingly random mixture of old and recent things, often putting something a day or two old ahead of something from an hour ago. I often have to do a Forced Stop to get it to update its entries.

I gave this app a fair chance for a couple of months but I am deleting it today. I did like the map feature with the little icons that represent the different types of incident reports, but not all of them are accurate and there is very little detail. The entire system is AI driven. The reports are based on scanner traffic, which can be hard enough for a human to understand, but then to have a computer transcribe garbled audio and pin an approximate address to it...we aren't there yet.
