Switched phones downloaded app to new phone and even though I have paid for the service the app is asking me to pay to remove ads. Im not seeing any way to log into an account and have sent emails. Ive been paying and am all paid up on a yearly subscription.

app is completely & ultimately garbage, can't listen to scanner due to ads playing that don't stop or allow you to mute them in order to listen& hear the scanner. app was great until they made it impossible to listen to what they are saying over the scanners

still sucks battery and heats up phone. also the ad for CrimeRadar cant be muted and sounds like scanner. i do not want what sounds like major problems only to be an ad. 12/26/25. some ads completely drown out any and all sounds from scanner app making it basically worthless.
