Never. At Observa, we only want to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the secret shopper didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

Look.. I am not here to bash them, yes they are strict. But they have the same criticisms, so you know exactly what to correct. They will pay quick too. Beware, just read why they rejected it and they will literally pay you for what you do when you redo it. And the pay is super decent, they are paying for high quality work. Try not to give up after your first few rejections. Good luck!

This app is hit and miss. There is usually some sort of task available and the pay is decent compared to similar platforms. It seems like submissions can get rejected pretty easily and all the work ends up being a waste of time. When they do get approved it isn't usually too long from submission to payment, if it doesn't get rejected. Out of 15 submissions I had 5 rejected. The platform is easy to use.

I gave them another chance and regret it. Thought they might have better people now, but they told me what I am sure is a lie to get out of paying. Not worth wasting the gas to work for free. Deleted.Past: Took tons of photos and they asked for the entire baking set in three photos which was impossible to get all 3 of and get the product in the photo plus it was impossible to get head on photos because of the length of set. Spent an hour 30 min on 15 min. project trying to get perfect photos.

How this app got 4+ star rating is beyond me. This is FREE labor for the places you have to "observe". Everyone who's been in a grocery store knows how narrow the isles are, yet they expect you to get full photos of specific sections and organize the section for the required photos. They don't offer additional pay for travel. 98% of your photos will be rejected, but they will still use the photos provided to profit for themselves. I see a lawsuit in the works, they'll show up under a new name
