Very easy to use, excellent engagement from the company and user-requested features are added quickly. It is great to work with a company that wants feedback, responds quickly and updates its apps as a result. Any improvements / issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Cannot fault it and would definitely recommend.
Really good app but Bright does not need to be in FOUR different apps! This app would also be 100 times better if you could access it in the web instead of pulling off weird reports. Should just be able to see expenses online through Bright HR
A great app...potential to be fantastic again if I could resolve the issue that I have provided feedback via the App. I used to receive a notification when employee logged an expenses claim. This no longer happens. I have to remember to check frequently or be embarrassed by staff asking why their claim has not been paid. I have checked all the settings on my Android phone and there doesn't appear to be an issue.
The app works fine, but two stars because it's stupid that I can't do expenses through the website. The only way is by using this app. It adds a load of unecessary steps to the simple process of uploading a PDF.
Worked fine until today. Now I just get a spinning wheel and no ability to view old or add new expenses. Can't even send feedback through the app because that goes to a spinning wheel once submitted! Have restarted the app and my phone multiple times to no avail. Update: reinstalling the app restores function for about 10 min and then it's back to the spinning wheel again. 19 May update. Provided feedback to the email address provided. Heard nothing back.
