-STAY WELL AWAY- they miss sold me services just to sign up to them. I managed to block the payments with my business account and they are still hassling for services they did not provide. I didn't even log into the portal 😂 Im only given them 5 stars so people can actually see my review
it would be good to be able to cancel a holiday but I cannot see the ability to do this
The application is very efficient & easy to use if you can log in, if like me your using a phone to access Bright, you might have issues, I've contacted support a number of times, been told my phone is supported, updated, un-install/re-installed, I cant get in, if I use a pc, no issues but the issue I have is that I'm always on the move. 3/5 from me.
Unable to log in. Been trying to log in for over 3 weeks now and get no further than the log in page Absolutely useless if you can't log in
New phone - now I can't even sign in to the app as the verification won't work. I sent feedback about this almost 3 weeks ago but nothing. No support available at all. This app is becoming increasingly useless and hopefully my employer will dump it sooner rather than later.
