smooth as i submitted my collection ,assign assistance where all around the. building ,so simple ,and just pay the grading to be send to pcgs nummistics personel. kind and very entertaining people on uniform. i was given 4 free fee on 4 couns collection so left 5 coins are the only payments i payed., plus senders to the graders and numamistic. thank you pcgs employees. ! there still more collection. left to submit.

Haven't understood if this is a ALL SERVICE app or only account app. I see other download options for SET REGISTRY and CERT VERIF...see like a lot to juggle. I'd prefer the website where I have access to everything in 1 place

***EDIT I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it now appears to work fine. There's not much functionality to the app, however. Certainly not enough to justify its size - hence the 3 stars.*** It doesn't work. The sign-in page just repeats over and over when you input your account email address. I have uninstalled it. I seem to remember it used to work at one time, so... Keep up the amazing work devs!

Limited functionality. I can see the status of my orders, but not of the other menu selections open anything. App is updated and still not fully functional

set up account, tried to access " Join Collectors Club", no response. Tried Home page, no results with accessing any one of the options. Did get a messsge telling me of an unexpected error. ( can this be unexpected after 4 days of trying?) Called the 800 number, options 2 and 6 and 7, was on hold for 10 and 20 and 55 minutes before giving up. Finally offered a chance to get in line for a call back. I'll update when that finally happens, if ever. (Going into the second hour of waiting now).
