Had issue with account on a Sunday breakfast time when wanted to go with someone for a coffee, so could not access redeem or add to my reward points - which I had let's say a few - and all that after pressures of all other kinds lately. Touch points, pain points. Was able to find and regain access to my account 24 hours later after a message to Au Pain Dóre and finally having password reset e-mail come through. Not the best moment in customer service momentum history.

This app needs a lot of work. Even though I have marked Toronto as my favourite store, the app doesn't find this store. The app won't allow me to kein my age, I have to hit the arrow on the month to change it to my date. I'm not inclined to hit it 960 times, so I lied. Disappointed, I'm a keen user to order in advance and I can't do it.

This app fails to work with Visa Master and Amex card and keep asking using another credit card types. Very funny and ridiculous. I thought I did something wrong. Asked my wife to install and tried. Same result. Then sending email to their customers service. No one replied. Talked to a branch manager, don't want to listen. Sending a comment from their web site , and web site returns "Une erreur est survenue". Parfait, just like everything broken. Just like Canada, everything broken.
