When you have to select the city for your address in your profile settings, you have to scroll down the extremely long list of alphabetically ordered city names. You gotta allow the users to type search the city. Otherwise, seemless point and order history transfer from the previous app.

after a while, the app forces you to login again. very annoying. They may say "for your protection " but c'mon, it's a restaurant app, not an issue of national security. Just keep me logged in, forever. my phone already has security, don't need or want anymore just to get into this app. still waiting on referral incentives too.

I'm always logged out and have to keep changing my password.

Unable to log in and accrue points. Tried re-signing up, but app says account already exists, I can't change the password, the in store cashier can't find account or phone number. Deleting the app and downloading again did nothing and there is no help available on The Stand online. Pointless! Pun very much intended.
