mBOK PGNiG - mobile Customer Service Office
The mBOK PGNiG application allows, among others:
• providing reading of the gas meter and electricity meter status,
• previewing information about current and archival settlements resulting from the implementation of existing contracts,
• checking the current payment balance,
• handling electronic payments for all contracts,
• insight into the history of gaseous fuel and electricity consumption,
• bill simulation based on the gas meter condition given;
• management of the eco-invoice service;
• receiving PUSH notifications, such as information about a new invoice,
• becoming familiar with the current PGNiG OD product offer,
• change / supplement of data in the current contract,
• selection of a new tariff group;
• sending an application for a refund of overpayment;
• conclusion of a new gas contract 100% online
• providing us with your comments via the contact form.

1. Nice GUI. 2. Performance is awful in most cases. Sometimes I have to wait minutes for e.g. providing of counter data. 3. Often it forgets my credentials for login. 4. Last time I was proposed to rate the app with two options 'maybe later' and '5*'. It doesn't look fair. Update 2024-09 It works perfectly

Dlaczego tyle czerwonego koloru po akualizacji? "Faktury są opłacone" na czerwono? A mogłoby być na zielono np. Czerwony kolor to alert.

Aplikacja ciagle ma problemu. Wylogowuje mnie zanim zdazy wczytac faktury. Kilka razy trzeba probowac zeby splacic fakture. 3 lata pozniej Nadal te same problemy. Ta aplikacja to katastrofa.
