I love the idea of opening my SupraMatic 4 with my smartphone (Android Samsung Note 10) but it's a huge pain to have to grant permission every time I open the app. How are the 'open' 'close' widgets created? OK widget created and permissions for app revised. Super app. Thanks Hoermann.

Great app and doors, but come on £8 to be able to 'replicate' my key to use it on a second smart phone I.e. my wife's! The whole point I bought this was to be able to operate both doors via our smart phones etc, but then to find recently that Horman now charge...not impressed

Not a bad app does clitch occasionally but generally OK. However one major flaw is the app does not show if the garage door is open or closed. This would be a major benefit. DEVELOPERS - is this something you can review and add-in? Not a free app so as a paying customer this is what I would like to see as an app improvement.

simple features set with no real control over the device. also uses Bluetooth instead of WiFi which limits range and security.

App works well enough but you can use it on only one device at a time. If you want to use it on more than one device, they scalp you for £7.99 for each additional key. It must cost them next to nothing to generate any number of additional keys. Not what you would expect after spending several thousand pounds on a garage door. I ended up buying a Meross wifi control unit on amazon for £30 which plugs into the Hormann control unit. It works very well and can be used remotely. The developer always responds to this type of review with a cut-and-paste reply about the money being used to fund the app's development and taxes. I figure it's a bit much to expect customers to pay separately and additionally for the manufacturer's app development program - this should be a running expense borne by the business.
