Works okay, I am getting messages through the app however if I'm logged in and I get a message notification the message doesn't show up unless I log out and log back in

This app should have a pin / biometrics unlock to view the conversation. If the phone is unlocked anyone can view sensitive patient communication.

Does not allow you to send pictures, does not work half the time in that you get a notification but when you check inside the app it is not visible. You have to log back in every 8 hours. This is the most frustrating and buggy app I've had to use.
