This Raisin platform is making life much easier for me, as high street bank rates have plummeted to a new low. Biometric sign in, easiest option with a straightforward saver, can receive funds easy within 2 business days, & multiple choice accounts available with acceptable rates, add funds & extract as needed is my latest saver amonst locked in rates for other funds + set up regular payment too. I stayed with Raisin, after close friend recommended. Other problem solved with app months ago.

I downloaded the app, put in my email address and it tells me my email is invalid. So I tried a different one. That was invalid too. Both gmail accounts. Not a good start. I literally can't get past the first page of registration.

Their new automatic renewal system is very shady When you click on renewal options, it doesn't give you the option to cancel automatic renewal You have to wait over 2 weeks until you cancel the new account, and if you had something planned for your money, you're cooked I won't be using Raisin anymore I have 20K in it and will pull them out and close my account once they mature. I am going to open with the competitor because I don't like abusive techniques used on my money

The idea of the platform is good but the technology delivering it is poor. I have invested a lot of money and was asked to submit evidence of its source. No issue, so I tried to upload my tax return etc but constantly get an error "An error has occured Please try in a few minutes". I responded describing the issue, no response. Three weeks later was asked to upload the documents again, no mention of the issue being sorted. It is still defective. Sort your tech.
