I can't access Navi Chat since they updated the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled, Clear cache, forced stop, but nothing happens. I even reached out to tech support for this and followed their instructions but still, nothing changes. Up until now I can't use Navi chatbot in my RCLapp.

I haven't been able to access the app in a few weeks, it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again later". I've been doing that for the longest time now. Please fix the issue. Tried to download it again many times but still.

this app i downloaded only for navi but I couldn't found that in this app even I not able to find chat option this I am tried for lot of time but stil the app is in same condition no improvement
