such a great app. people who don't want to swim with others have a way to get their own private pools and pool owners have a way to make some side money. it's a win-win for everyone.

The App works well but need 2 improvements: a) Chat - I'd like to message a host without that counting as a "reservation". Also, the bar to reply to the host is way too low on my Samsung S21 so I can't reply or ask another question - FIX it asap! b) Reservation - make that a button in the app, just like any other apps, so I can click it and see my reservations and easier way to cancel if need to. This option works fine via browser under Profile but is missing in the app.

They don't refund you the full amount when you cancel, I canceled with a window of less than 24 hours. They still took about $30 dollars for that. It's absolutely ridiculous!

I used the app to book an event. I had to cancel and somehow chose Swimply credits as the refund option. After not seeing the refund for a week I checked the app. When I told them about the mistake they said there was nothing they can do because they can not overturn the credits back to the card. This is something that needs to change. I will never recommend anyone to use this app and I hope they change that policy. Good luck to all who use this.
