I have been using STP for a year. No problems. However, on opening new Payroll, screen freezes on "Migrate existing data?" screen. Have tried many times. Android phone app.

Have used since the new tax laws about 3-4 years, was always a bit buggy but was usable. Tec support was excellent. But sadly the new 2023 version is either very very buggy or too difficult to use. I work 7 days a week and dont have 3-4 hours to learn how to use or fix your bugs. Sadly the current tec support says yes you have having problems but i needed more help than that. It will cost more but im just going to use a bookkeeping accountant. But yes for 3-4 years it was ok. But now to hard

The original STP app was great because it was minimal. Now I'm forced into a full payroll system that does not suit my needs. As owners of the business, we pay ourselves at irregular intervals. Not weekly, fortnightly or Monthly. We have no use for personal or other leave entitlements. The only thing we want from the app is the simplest way to comply with new Gov STP reporting obligations.
