I think the Longmont Ride will be great! But, I did have a VERY hard time understanding the phone operator. She had a very strong accent. There was a survey, but I was not put through to it! I hope I got the correct information, after all! Clearly, it was frustrating.

Rides are cheap, but the app is so bad with location services. I literally input the exact address I am at, but the app directs me to a different location across the street for pickup. It's so confusing to use! The driver who was supposed to pick me up just left to pick others up!
