Aggregating people into one vehicle brings down prices. Enough said. Eligible users can also pay using pre-tax transit dollars through approved commuter benefit debit cards.

I love the price. The personality of most of the drivers. They're good with getting you to your destination in a reasonable time frame. I just wish that their eta was better, or you could leave a note on the website with a gate code, etc.

It's impossible to book, I've tried to see how close to my destination I can get (because it's out of 'boundaries') in hope I can just uber the rest of the way to make it cheaper but everywhere on the map says it's unable to find a way of transport or whatever. Very disappointing as I was told this is a cost effective way of traveling.
