TAX THE CHURCHES

There's some recent bugs. Sometimes it doesn't show where I walked with the dog and how far; it stays blank with 0.1 miles. Another issue I noticed is after I've finished my dog walk and closed out that client's appointment, it still shows up in the status bar at the top of my phone screen as if I'm still walking the dog. I have to go into Apps, and force Rover to shut down for that to stop 1/3/25 it's also not showing the path at all sometimes when I'm done walking. can you fix that?

The app is super glitchy the last few days. Currently it shows several of my already confirmed bookings as "pending owner response" and it will not send messages. I have to use my internet browser or text to send updates. It also auto opens on the rebook tab and then tells me there's an error.

Horrible customer service. I've been contacting them for 2 days after my sitter didn't show up. I'm told their emergency team is too busy to help me. Meanwhile my cats have been without food for 2 days and they keep giving me the run around with this horrific call center and AI bots. I will never recommend this app to another friend or family member!
