Great app! traditional animal boarding methods can be a pain sometimes, and being able to locate experienced animal boarders and sitters in my area really set my mind at ease. I have already used the app twice in the last month, and I'm very pleased overall with the service, and with the app itself. well done!

I love the app, but please bring back the old look of the messages! It was updated after combining with Gudog and It is harder for using now. That is a huge reason why I wasn't using Gudog. The last Rover version was just perfect - compact, informative and easy to navigate.. and one of the big reasons why I am using Rover. Please bring it back, thank you!

App has FINALLY improved, 4 the most part. I would still like 2 see: a way 2 discount our recurring clients & a "meds administered" part of the checklist w food/potty breaks. The only issues the app currently faces, as I see it, is the fact tht it's not accessible 4 the older folks & the bugs take 2 long 2 fix. Update: Issues are ALWAYS arising when they do any sort of update. For instance, now when writing in the report card, you have to backspace completely to go back & change words

unable to deactivate acc. there are no upcoming events but the app says I should cancel one to be deactivate acc ( there is nothing to cancel). Subscribing - easy, account deactivation - not possible, problematic, more emails, enquiries, queries and maybe that is how one grow community.. by making leaving difficult..Chat help bot is conveniently unable to help, deactivate acc....

unable to access the app. this is not good timing. still an issue:: CORRECT THE BOOKING TIMES PROBLEM:: remove the "extra" time boxes, which throw off the calculated care rates!! owners are confused by the multiple time fields, they would like to have just one field for start time and one field for the end time.
